This metric is based on the percentage of bachelor鈥檚 degree recipients who are found employed and earning at least $40,000, or have continued their education after graduating. This metric serves as one of the Board鈥檚 indicators on the economic and workforce outcomes of bachelor鈥檚 degree completers in the system.

Bachelor’s Graduates Employed or Continuing Education

This metric reflects the Board鈥檚 focus on improving the outcomes of students who earn a bachelor鈥檚 degree, ensuring students in the system are prepared to enter the workforce or continue their education in a graduate program.  Performance on this metric, combined with the 2nd lowest tuition in the nation, ensures that Florida students and their families experience a positive return on their investment.     

This metric is included in the Board鈥檚 Performance-Based Funding Model, Accountability Plan and 2025 Strategic Plan.
